NEW DELHI- XPS Courier, part of TCI XPS, one of India’s leading express delivery companies, is all set to take the courier business to new heights. It has introduced the collection centre and franchisee models to spur growth in business. The collection centre concept would ensure efficiency and effectiveness and timely delivery of services by allowing the shopkeeper to become an authorized TCI XPS collection center and book the shipment through the walk in customers into his premises on cash basis. It benefits the shopkeeper, as they get attractive commission on monthly basis on a whole (total booking done for domestic and international sector). TCI XPS provides help in the outline of post-sale support to the customers.
The Franchise structure offers two models. Under the strategic business associate model, a fixed rate is charged from the franchise by TCI XPS, every 15 days. TCI XPS provides support to the franchise in terms of business development and assistance for customer acquisition.
It also provides support to those franchise owners who are not financially sound.
Under the super strategic business associate, the franchise owner acts as a TCI XPS representative in the defined territory. All business deals are carried on in TCI XPS name.
