Examination for umpires

PANAJI- Goa cricket Association will be conducting exam in May for the state panel at Don Bosco High School. Interested candidates in men and women category are requested to enrol their name in GCA office before January 15.
This is for the first time GCA is conducting exam for women. It is also observed that Ranji umpires whoever are interested should have the certificate of the State Panel Umpires to officiate the State Panel Matches. Interested Ranji players may enrol their names.
The book for the exam i.e 2003 Umpiring Rules and Regulations is available in the office of Goa Cricket Association on payment of Rs 50. For further details contact Mr Suryakant Naik, Chairman of Umpiring Committee for further details.
