One killed in Tivim accident

MAPUSA- Chandresh Salgaocar (24) from Tivim died after the Enfield Bullet motorcycle he was riding collided against a bus. According to the Mapusa, police the deceased along with his friend Mr Anand Surya Salgaonkar were proceeding on their Bullet motorbike with registration number GA-01 F-3884. When they reached Maddel in Tivim, a  bus with registration number GA-03 T-9181dashed against their motorbike flinging both them from their bike. They were immediately rushed to the Asilo Hospital. However, doctors at Asilo Hospital declared Chandresh  as brought in dead. Mr Anand was discharged after necessary treatment. The bus driver of the bus, Santosh Palyekar (28) from Tivim was arrested and later released on bail.  Head Constable Mr Malik is investigating the case further.
