TCP approves draft revised Regional Plan 2021

PANAJI- The Town and Country Planning board has approved the draft revised Regional Plan 2021 and the chief town planner has notified the plan and also invited comments in writing from the public on it.
The notification that has been published in the official gazette on October 8 invites comments in writing on the plan.
The comments should be either be forwarded directly to the chief town planner, Town and Country Planning Department at Dempo Tower, second floor, Patto Plaza, Patto Panaji or to any taluka-level offices of the Town and Country Planning Department before 90 days from the date of publication of the notification.
This draft Regional Plan has been prepared by the Task Force appointed by the government after public uproar against the previous one prepared by the department.
The plan, including copies of the maps will be available for inspection, for a period of 90 days, in the office of the Town and Country Planning Department at Dempo Tower, second floor, Patto Plaza, Panaji and all the taluka-level offices of the Town and Country Planning Department — North Goa district office at Government Complex, 3rd Floor, Mapusa, Bardez; Tiswadi taluka office at flat no S-29, 2nd floor, Jayram Complex, Neogi Nagar, Mala, Panaji; Pernem taluka office at Dr Shivram Bhau Sadan, Manswada, Pernem; Bicholim taluka office at Town Centre, Municipality Complex, near Old Bus Stop, Bicholim; South Goa District office at Osia Complex, 4th Floor, near South Goa Planning and Development Authority Market, Margao; Ponda taluka office at Government Building, near Aisha Theatre, Ponda; Canacona taluka office, C/o Canacona Municipal Council, Canacona; Quepem taluka office at government office complex, Quepem and Mormugao taluka office at Commerce Centre second floor, Vasco–da-Gama.
